Breathe Life into New Parts of Yourself

Each day we can begin a new life pattern by simply changing the way we breathe, a shift that alters perceptions and allows us to see new facets of who we are. Spend some time seeing yourself through breath today.

Gaze at yourself in the mirror and inhale for a long count of five. As you inhale, see your beauty and light.

Exhale for a long count of five. See your shadow areas and embrace those areas too.

Continue this cycle of breathing until you accept both shadow and light of yourself.
