Lifetime or Unlimited Access
Aiki Healing provides lifetime or unlimited access to the client with the purchase of this audio album hosted on Kajabi. Lifetime or unlimited access is defined as existing so long as Aiki Healing is providing support and access to the program. Should Aiki Healing decide to terminate support or access to this album, Aiki Healing will give reasonable notice of 60 days such that the purchaser can access and secure the content of the album before the company ceases to provide support and access to the album. Aiki Healing is providing lifetime or unlimited access is at will and at no time is the purchaser offered or will be provided refunds should Aiki Healing choose to terminate the album.

Release and Waiver
Because physical exercise or self massage can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a medical physician before participating in any exercise activity described in the audio resets.

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
You also agree to meditation as the sole means to resolve any legal issues with Aiki Healing and Debbie Kay Hutchinson and waive any other legal avenues of resolution. By accepting and purchasing this course offer, you agree to these terms.
