Visualize inhaling calming silver energy filling the lungs and illuminating your spirit housed in the heart center.
Exhale deeply for a slow count of five.
Visualize exhaling stress, tension and any gray or stagnant energy from the heart center.
Repeat this pattern of inhaling and exhaling four more times.
End with storing energy at the lower abdomen.
Place palm over palm facing inward about 2 inches below your belly button.
Visualize storing energy in the lower abdomen. Experience this energy as warm, vibrant and complete.
